We bought two used Kia Sportages at Palmen Kia Kenosha over the years from our helpful salesman, Joe Soto. Recently the 2018 had some issues with the engine and it needed to be replaced (previously there was a class action suit against Kia for faulty engines). With extra efforts by the service team, manager Victor and assistant Charlotte, they went above and beyond to push through service paperwork and conducted many conversations with KIA to get our engine replaced at no cost. Since the whole process took over 5 weeks, we were even given a loaner car. We are so appreciative for all the wonderful customer service we received from these employees at Palmen.

I found out my car takes 2 hours for an oil change, but that's not their fault, it's my car's. My car didn't explode on the way home, which is saying a lot considering the last two places I've gone to that happened.

We have purchased/leased several cars from Larry Steponitis, as have other members of our family. Each experience has been positive. Larry takes the time to listen to what you are really looking for and makes suggestions that he thinks will be helpful. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are happy with their decision and purchase. He works hard to make it a great experience. We have a 2008 Jeep Cherokee (which we also bought from Larry) and it is still running and has been a wonderful car. We chose another Jeep because we have had such great luck with it and it is reliable. We knew we wanted another one. We chose Palmen because Larry is there. My parents chose Palmen for their Jeep Cherokee and we chose Palmen for our daughter’s first new car lease. Larry was there for those as well. A huge thank you to Palmen and especially to Larry for making a stressful experience a lot easier.

I had to trade in two vehicles for my elderly in-laws. So I went and saw Jeff Haines, whom I have dealt with for a few years now. With in one day we were able to get through the process without any problems. Jeff is very knowledgable and was a tremendous help through out the whole process. It was complicated process, because I basically had to be a third party buyer. With Jeff's expertise we were able to get a new Pacifica for my in-laws. They are very happy with the purchase!! I have worked with Frankie Ruffolo at Palmens for several years and he has been great. I just purchased a New Jeep Grand Cherokee from him and he was the best Sales Person I have dealt with buying and vehicles. That is never an easy process but he made me feel comfortable with the entire process. He kept me updated on when my Jeep was expected to arrive. He got all the paperwork ready prior so all I had to do was sign a couple of documents and pick up my new ride. He gave me a rundown on all the features of my Jeep so I know how everything worked. I had a such a great experience that my husband bought a used vehicle from Frankie last week. Frankie took care of him very quickly and he was home with the truck the same night. We chose another Jeep because we have had such great luck with it and it is reliable. We knew we wanted another one. We chose Palmen because Larry is there. My parents chose Palmen for their Jeep Cherokee and we chose Palmen for our daughter’s first new car lease. Larry was there for those as well. A huge thank you to Palmen and especially to Larry for making a stressful experience a lot easier.

I had to trade in two vehicles for my elderly in-laws. So I went and saw Jeff Haines, whom I have dealt with for a few years now. With in one day we were able to get through the process without any problems. Jeff is very knowledgable and was a tremendous help through out the whole process. It was complicated process, because I basically had to be a third party buyer. With Jeff's expertise we were able to get a new Pacifica for my in-laws. They are very happy with the purchase!! I have been a repeat customer for quite a few years now.

Stopped in for warranty work on my ram..they had me in and out dropped me off at work and picked me up..also when I received my truck was washed and ready...bummer part is back ordered but customer service was excellent. I have worked in the auto industry for 15 years .. other dealers should take notes! Will be back for everything!

I have worked with Frankie Ruffolo at Palmens for several years and he has been great. I just purchased a New Jeep Grand Cherokee from him and he was the best Sales Person I have dealt with buying and vehicles. That is never an easy process but he made me feel comfortable with the entire process. He kept me updated on when my Jeep was expected to arrive. He got all the paperwork ready prior so all I had to do was sign a couple of documents and pick up my new ride. He gave me a rundown on all the features of my Jeep so I know how everything worked. I had a such a great experience that my husband bought a used vehicle from Frankie last week. Frankie took care of him very quickly and he was home with the truck the same night.
